Contemporary Managed Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an SMS messaging program for the purpose of sending service notices, updates, and business communications to existing clients, and receiving inbound SMS messages. Message types include service notifications, appointment reminders, account updates, and operational notices relevant to your relationship with Contemporary Managed Solutions.
Who Can Participate
This SMS program is available to existing clients of Contemporary Managed Solutions who have provided a valid mobile phone number and opted in to receive SMS communications.
How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Contemporary Managed Solutions by providing your mobile phone number to a Contemporary Managed Solutions representative and confirming your consent to receive SMS communications. By opting in, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After we receive your opt-out request, we will send you a single confirmation message and you will receive no further SMS messages from Contemporary Managed Solutions unless you opt back in.
